Position: System Engineer
Provide solution expertise and assistance in designing, installing, and maintaining data solutions while working with customers and account executives. Is responsible for direct technical support. Occasionally implements application. Ability to present as well as architect technical solution design based on understanding the customers business requirements. Continuously keeps current in terms of product and industry knowledge and cascades that information to customers and account team. Occasional regional travel required.
Previous experience with Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable. Prefer MCP, CCNP, CCDP or CCIE certification. Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in infrastructure/network environments as well as in network engineering, design, planning and implementation of LANs, WANs using the latest technology.
Position: IP Office Applications Specialists
The IP Office Applications Specialist position requires extensive knowledge of the Avaya IP Office platform, with an emphasis on the Avaya Compact Contact Center applications solutions. A strong understanding of Computer Telephony interface applications, Text to Speech, Interactive Voice Response, Messaging and Conferencing capabilities are desired. Knowledge of Enterprise Contact Center offerings, Data Networks and analytics a definite plus. This position is a pre-sales/support role that interfaces with customers and requires solid presentation skills, a consultative sales approach and closing abilities. Travel required at least 50% of the time.
Previous experience with Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience acceptable. Prefer ACA or ACS certification. Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in networking or telecommunications.
