Scott R. Orkin
President
Mr. Orkin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Arkhon, overseeing our technical team and maintaining client relations. Prior to joining Arkhon, Mr. Orkin worked in the field as a technician and has training in business management and operations. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Steven F. Thomas
Vice President, Sales
Mr. Thomas joins Arkhon Technology Solutions with over 10 years of sales, marketing and technology consulting experience. He has held positions as a Sales Executive at Equant, Inc., and Broadwing Communications, where he consistently exceeded management goals, and was also the Sales Engineer Manager at Teleglobe, Inc. where he managed a team of engineers responsible for the company's carrier and enterprise accounts. Previously, Mr. Thomas served 13 years in the United States Marine Corps, and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in History from The Citadel.

Brock E. Bafford
Lead Network Engineer
Mr. Bafford is our lead engineer and coordinator of network design and installation projects. He is responsible for working with our clients to ensure that our work meets their technical needs precisely, and reports directly to Mr. Weinstein. Prior to joining Arkhon, Mr. Bafford worked with Mr. Weinstein as a Network Administrator for the Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute and was previously employed as a Software Developer for Regal Decision, Inc., a developer of management software for the goverment sector.

Matthew B. Weinstein
Consultant
Mr. Weinstein, Founder of Arkhon Technology Solutions, has a strong background in information technology industry, including several years of experience in sales, professional services and content production. Prior to founding Arkhon, Mr. Weinstein worked as a Network Administrator for the Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
